The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 466, 467, 468, 471, 193, 209, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner nos. 1 to 4 being the agnates of the informant got the land of the informant recorded in their names in connivance with petitioner no. 5, the Revenue Karamchari.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the name of the petitioner nos. 1 to 4 were
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9617 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 recorded in the revenue records in 2005 and the present case was in 2013, when the informant had the occasion to challenge the order of the competent authority passed under the B.T. Act. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 216 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
