Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489B, 489C/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 16/17 of U.A.P. Act was also added. Taking into consideration the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as letter no. 298/2017 dated 06.07.2017 of Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Patna, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 791 of 2016 arising out of A.T.S.
