This application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 545 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioners no. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 19.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 545 of 2020, but inadvertently name of petitioner no. 10 Ranjit Yadav does not find place in paragraph no. 6 of the order sheet.

The same may be corrected and name of petitioner no. 10 Ranjit Yadav be included in paragraph no. 6 of the order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21744 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 sheet. Accordingly the modification petition is allowed and the order dated 19.02.2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
