"for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 19.12.2015 passed by Arbitrator-cum-Additional Collector, Vaishali, Hajipur, Respondent No.5 (Annexure-6) whereby and whereunder Petitioner's application for payment of compensation of acquired land at commercial rate has been denied and further a writ of Mandamus be issued to the respondents directing them for payment of amount
