2. While making prayer for bail, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 01-08-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52368 of 2024 but he is renewing his prayer as the co-accused, Shiv Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court by order dated 02-04-2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 60021 of 2025 and the case of this petitioner is exactly on similar footing to that of co-accused, Shiv Kumar.

3. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12806 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Ved Prakash Modi, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Madhubani in connection with Babubarhi P.S.
