The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sigori P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner being block teacher was handed over the charge of headmaster vide letter no. 9835 dated 23.09.2013 of Upgraded Middle School, Baua, Paliganj. The petitioner took charge of Rs. 6,55, 181/- of different schemes but she did not submit the vouchers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted entire vouchers before the Block Education Officer. Vide order dated 10.08.2016 of this Court the District Programme Officer, M.D.M., Patna was directed to verify the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11568 of 2016 (9) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 vouchers submitted by the petitioner and on such the District Education Officer informed that the petitioner submitted the vouchers and Rs. 81,500/- is not tallying for which a direction was issued to deposit the articles.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already submitted the entire vouchers, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ranjit Prasad, the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur in Sigori P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
