JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i).For issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, commanding the Respondents No.5 to deposit the amount of 2019 Disaster Relief Fund in the Account No.74412010056877SYNB0007441 of the Syndicate Bank, Laxmi Sagar Branch, Darbhanga as till today the same has not been deposited in his account but he has been shown as the beneficiary of the same relief fund.

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate Writ,

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Madhubani, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
