JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 23-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Delha P.S. Case No.69 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. Perused the criminal antecedent of the petitioner in para-3 of the bail application and the case diary.

In para-3 of the bail application, it is mentioned that petitioner has five criminal antecedents but in para-30 of the case diary, it is mentioned that petitioner has seven criminal antecedents.

Considering the same, without going into the merit of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23071 of 2021(3) dt.23-08-2021 2/2 case, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby dismissed on account of suppression of facts.
