The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No.26 of 2020 for offences under Sections 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2020 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated accused, namely, Pappu Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5753 of 2021.

For the reasons mentioned mentioned in the order dated 15.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5753 of 2021, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
