The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 476, 488, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and 30(a), 32(1)(2), 38(1), 41(1), 47 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that 250 ml of foreign liquor was recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.4.2017 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise)-cum-A.D.J. VI, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Durgawati P.S. case No.73 of 2017.
