42.480 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a motorcycle which was being driven by the petitioners.

In any view of the matter, considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, their clean antecedents and the period of custody, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Banka in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 03 of 2020.
