Case No. 62 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 409, 420, 467, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
