The postmortem report has been received and it has been kept at Flag-A. The report of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 20, East Champaran, Motihari annexed with the postmortem report also suggests that Sessions Trial No. 260 of 2022, arising out of Patahi P.S. Case No. 130 of 2021 has been adjudicated and the petitioner has already been acquitted in the aforesaid case.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
