Altogether 19 bottles each containing 750ml countrymade wine along with motorcycle were seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that, he happens to be under custody since 16.04.2017, having absence of criminal antecedent as disclosed under Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Ravindra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Aghaura P.
