Heard counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 449, 323, 324, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have caught hold of the father of informant and co-accused Md. Salam assaulted his father with knife on his chest, as a result of which he died. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Both parties are Gotiyas and there is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner has got

Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he caught hold of the father of informant (deceased).
