JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, 41.25 of foreign liquor has been recovered from the auto rickshaw in which the petitioner was boarding. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 28.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32143 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Excise Case No.83/2017.

Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
