Case No.8 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No.575 of 2013 before the Sessions Judge, Siwan. The same was rejected on 07.06.2013 . Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The only allegation against the petitioner is referable to Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Even if any part of the allegation against the petitioner is true, it does not

Therefore, the application is allowed. In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No.8 of 2013.
