The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram Town P.S.Case No.248 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that petitioner took Rs.40,000/- for the treatment of his wife but even after repeated demand, the petitioner did not return the money. The dispute appears to be for lending and borrowing money. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
