The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S.case No.662 of 2018 dated 6.10.2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 427, 354, 341, 323, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons 12 in number is of assault to the informant causing injury to him.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22389 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and the injury is simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Barachatti P.S.Case no.662 of 2018 dated 06.10.2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
