The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014 registered under Sections376, 420, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of sexual assault centers around against the co-accused, Upendra Sah and so far as the petitioner is concerned; it is alleged that being mother-in-law of the informant, she did not take any action against co-accused, Upendra Sah, who happens to be brother-in-law of the informant. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8840 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2015 2/2 today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S.
