JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 25-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Azamnagar P.S. Case No.119 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 17 bottles of foreign liquor each of 750 ml. has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 23.03.2017 having clean antecedents.

Keeping in view the clean antecedents, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
