1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the petitioner his dues salary from January 2010 to June 2011 with 18% quarterly compound interest till the date of payment, which has not been paid to him even after about one decade in

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, in view of the fact that the petitioner has already been granted liberty to resort to appropriate remedies, in accordance with law, by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in the earlier round of litigation, vide order dated 30.03.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No.2480 of 2021, whereby and whereunder the writ petition filed by the petitioner has also stood dismissed.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
