JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2023 This application is being filed for quashing the order dated 11.11.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra at Saran in Trial No. 297 of 2015 by which he has taken cognizance under Sections 366(A) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2013.

The petitioner is said to have abducted the minor girl for marriage. During investigation the girl has been found to be minor.

In these circumstances, this application is dismissed.
