Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 1784 of 2017, arising out of Complaint Case No. 3730/16, for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 498-A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, although cognizance has been taken only under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, as lodged by the complainant Afsana Parveen, is that she was married to the petitioner in the year 2014 and has been subjected to torture and demand of dowry

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour and second marriage has not been solemnized by the petitioner.
However, learned APP for the State has no objection if the petitioner wants to keep his wife with full dignity and hounour. Be that as it may, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned XIth Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Tr. No. 1784/2017, arising out of Complaint Case No. 3730/2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner along with complainant Afsana Parveen will appear before the court below on 25.07.2017 and on the satisfaction of the learned court below that the petitioner will keep his wife with full dignity and honour, the provisional bail of the petitioner would be confirmed and if the complainant does not appear, the learned court below will issue notice to the complainant and if the complainant deliberately gets reluctant to reconcile the issue then also the provisional bail would be confirmed by the learned court below.
