Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Case No.-C2-690/17/1094/17, registered under Sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that 90 liters of Nepali Saufi liquor is said to be recovered from two accused persons. It is not disclosed that how they were carrying the liquor, the petitioners are in custody since 06.12.2017 and they have no criminal antecedent.
