This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mirganj P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against this petitioner as also the fact that she is the mother-inlaw of the deceased, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.

However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the
