The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case no. C2/642/17 registered under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act-2016.

36 lts. of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner was apprehended. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to dirty village politics. No incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. He has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has been languishing in custody since 12.11.2017.

C2/642/17.
