JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 354 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case does not travelled beyond 323, 324 of the Indian Penal Code as the injuries are of simple in nature and there is no injury of nature which can be said to be dangerous to life or grievous.

I am inclined to allow the petitioner, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the
