The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 01.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8020 of 2022, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No.2508 of 2017, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Gopalganj, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. The order dated 01.08.2022 is modified to the extent as
