KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against the petitioner is that from his motorcycle 3 litres of country made liquor has been recovered. It is submitted that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in present case. He is in custody since 3.4.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai , in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case no. 14 of 2017.
