JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 384, 385, 323, 307, 354, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that for possession of the land, the extortion was demanded. Consequently, the informant filed an application for initiating proceeding under Section 107 Cr. P.C. when all the 14 FIR named accused persons started firing and began to

No.13381 of 2015 (3) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 construct pillor on the land in question and when the informant protested, the accused persons assaulted and abused the informant, his wife and other family members and snatched gold earring worth Rs. 5,000/- from the wife of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and no injury has been caused to anyone, a supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed. There is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Arrah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 270 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
