In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 394 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 302/ 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, one Ravindra Paswan, victim was working in the construction of water tank which was constructed by the I.V.R.C.L. Company and from there he had fallen down which led to his death and the present application has been filed on account of death of the victim.
Petitioners are the employees of the aforesaid
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31658 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 company.
In view of the nature of relationship with the aforesaid company, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 394 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
