JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.O. Case No. 34 of 2018 arising out of Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 12 bottles, each containing 750 ml. Indian made foreign liquor in a plastic bag from possession of the petitioners, who were found sitting on a motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IVth-cumSpecial Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with G.I. Case No. 34 of 2018 arising out of Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioners. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) sushma/- U T
