Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
Commission of firearm injury as well as injury by Chura is against other named co-accused namely Mattalu Yadav and Dara Yadav. Petitioner allegedly assaulted with fists and slaps to the deceased. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner as well as the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2017 and the investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18106 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.632 of 2017 arising out of Pacharukhi (Sarai O.P.) Police Station Case No.176 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
