Petitioner is accused in connection with Awtarnagar P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 registered under Sections 188, 272, 273, 308 of the I.P.C. and 30, 30(a) and 38 of the Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd
