Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mejarganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither the owner of the vehicle from which recovery has been made nor he has any concern with the alleged illegal liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
