Patna High Court CWJC No.3564 of 2019 dt.05-03-2019 2/3 dated 23.06.2018, directing the petitioner to be appointed as Anganbari Sevika at the concerned Centre in place of private respondent No. 8, the order has not yet been complied with. Several representations were made by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Munger as also the District Magistrate, Munger, but such representations have yielded no result.

2. The petitioner, by way of supplementary affidavit, has intimated this Court that private respondent No. 8 has not challenged the order dated 23.06.2018, passed by the District Programme Officer, Munger, till date.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the District Programme Officer, Munger for implementing the order dated 23.06.2018, whereby the petitioner was directed to be appointed as Anganbari Sevika at the concerned Centre in place of private respondent No. 8, within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the District Programme Officer, Munger shall look into the matter and pass necessary order in accordance with law

Patna High Court CWJC No.3564 of 2019 dt.05-03-2019 3/3 within a period of one week thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
