The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he purchased the land which comes in the peaceful possession of the informant. The land in question of the informant was sold out to the petitioner by Prince Ujjawl and Archana Kumari @ Anjana Kumari with conspiracy to each other.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is a bona fide purchaser of land in question and the matter is civil in nature. Petitioner has clean

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 508 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
