Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though allegation in the FIR against the petitioner is of inducement of the minor daughter of the informant to go with him but the papers enclosed with the bail application vide Annexure-2 series would reveal that both have married with their own sweet will and the matter is of love affairs.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
