The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 342 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case there is alleged recovery of one loaded country made pistol, PAN Card, Driving licence, Adhar Card, owner book of motorcycle, 3 ATM Cards and cash Rs.2000/- from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2019.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Case No. 342 of 2019 with the condition that the petitioner on release will render his service as volunteer for a period of two months in dedicated Covid Hospital. He is required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize his service in this pandemic.
