Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23073 of 2021(2) dt.05-01-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 350 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. NO. 3480 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in nutshell is that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that good sense has been prevailed between the parties. It is further submitted that the informant sustained five injuries, however, injury nos. 1, 2 & 3 are simple in nature and the injury nos. 4 & 5 are grievous in nature but on the non vital part. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four

No.23073 of 2021(2) dt.05-01-2022 3/3 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagoan P.S. Case 350 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
