Petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No.413 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She is not named in the First Information Report. Name of the petitioner has come in this case merely on suspicion. She is in custody since 15.09.2018 having clean antecedents. Husband of the deceased is already in custody.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
