JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S.Case No. 360 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that informant's father dead body was found thrown in the field after having been killed him by sharp cutting weapon and suspicion is raised against petitioner as he had threatened a few days back.

It is contended that there is admittedly land dispute between both sides and petitioner and deceased were co-workers in a brick kiln and due to land dispute he has been implicated in this case and petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sunil Nat @ Sunil Nutt, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6124 of 2018 (5) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 360 of 2017 with condition that one of the bailor must be his close family member. Petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without any reasonable ground, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
