The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order 15.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25611/2020 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated time and, therefore, time may be extended for surrender of the petitioner in the court below. Having satisfied with the reasons shown for non surrender of the petitioner in the court below, this modification petition is allowed and period for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for four weeks from today.
