The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general in nature against entire family members of the petitioner. The petitioner claims to be separate from the husband of the victim. It appears from the injury report that no external or internal injury has been found on the body of the victim. The viscera has been preserved.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14003 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
