Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 379, 504, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

During occurrence of assault co-accused Jiya Lal Bhagat gave a blow with bamboo on the son of the informant as a result whereof he died. Allegation against the petitioners is of commission of assault to some other co-accused. Having similar allegation co-accused Manshi Bhagat @ Munshi Bhgat has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43477 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2635 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chakia Police Station Case No. 172 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
