The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20/21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 26 gram of Heroin in Puria alongwith weight of paper from the possession of three persons in which two persons were arrested and one managed to flee away.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas, in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017.
