The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 222 of 2020 registered under Sections 306 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22839 of 2021(2) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 222 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
