Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR would reveal that suspicion to the police is against co-accused Mukesh Sharma to be in possession of stolen motorcycle. Mukesh Sharma confessed before the police that he has purchased the same from this petitioner Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is a businessman. Since money was due with Mukesh Sharma, he falsely implicated the petitioner in this case.

No.15539 of 2018 (2) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Baikunthpur Police Station Case No. 18 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
