JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT & ORDER Date: 26-04-2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 15.01.2016, issued by the Department of Health, Govt. of Bihar, whereby, the National Institute of Health Education and Research, Gulzarbagh, Patna, has been debarred from taking admission in the current session for imparting education of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17652 of 2016 dt.26-04-2017 2/2 Diploma in Para Medical/Para Dental course till disposal of Title Suit No. 18 of 2015.

2. Heard the parties.

3. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that said Title Suit No. 18 of 2015 has since been disposed of on 23.12.2016. He has submitted that after disposal of the said title suit, the petitioner preferred representation before the Department concerned, seeking permission to take admission in the said course of Diploma, which has yet not been granted.

4. I fail to understand as to which part of the order impugned, is prohibiting the Institute from taking admission to Diploma courses. In my view, the writ application has lost its very purpose after disposal of said Title Suit No. 18 of 2015.
